We received 5-star service during our entire stay. Anna and Gokbek at the front desk were very helpful and attentive to our needs and questions. Hakan at the breakfast service was also attentive and delightful to talk to. The suite we stayed in was so comfortable that it felt like home. The housekeeping of the room was impeccable. The onsite restaurant provided delicious breakfast options. The hotel was perfectly located close to the Galata Tower and many shops and restaurants. On our arrival night, we were welcomed with a cheese and fruit plate and wine in our room. This was such a treat after a long haul flight. Also, on a separate night, they surprised us with a birthday cake and Prosecco in our room. Funny thing is we didn’t mention we were there for my wife’s birthday. That was such a nice touch. :)

The staff were extremely friendly. We arrived at the hotel at 8am, check in was not till 3pm, however, they had already prepared our room. They went the extra mile by sending a delicious breakfast spread to our room incase we were too tired to go back down. Throughout our stay, the staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful. The location was spectacular, you can walk to so many locations from the hotel (which is amazing since we were avoiding getting stuck in traffic by taking taxis to places).

I traveled a lot and stayed in various hotels, but I can say that this one was one of the best if not the best one I have ever been in! I must say that the location is great, room clean and spasious, beds super comfortable, hotel beautiful, breakfast great, but what makes it the best are the people! The whole staff is super friendly, kind and helpful! Special thanks goes to Anna and Kaan (front desk) and Hakan (at the restaurant)! They went above and beyond to make our stay the most enjoyable. Thanks for making our trip an unforgetable experience for my mom and me! we had a feeling we’re among friends and not in a new city!

The hotel staff is amazing, very attentive and provides the best care. We received nice treats, and the staff took all of our requests seriously and with a smile. We had an issue with our first room, and we got upgraded to a better room without charge. Location is also very good. The breakfast is great, good service, and overall the restaurant has a cosy and nice atmosphere.

Beautiful boutique hotel! Spotlessly clean, plenty of space, and very comfortable beds. Incredibly thoughtful touches throughout. We were given a lovely notebook as a souvenir explaining the history of the property. The staff also left a collection of local snacks/packaged food (chocolates, gummy bears, breadsticks etc.) in our room that we were able to enjoy on our travels. The location is perfect, on a quiet street just below Galata Tower. Easy to get to all the major attractions without feeling like you're in an overly touristy area. Special shoutout to Hakan who took great care of us at breakfast every morning and also to Burcu at the front desk -- she provided us with great recommendations and was kind enough to have breakfast and coffee prepared for us before our 4am departure! We hope to be back again soon!

The hotel is in a perfect location, just a few steps from Galata Tower but the backyard creates a quiet and calm atmosphere - a perfect getaway after a day in bustling Istanbul. You can chose between two locations for breakfast, I highly recommend the hotel breakfast where Hakan goes the extra mile to make your breakfast extra special. Anna from the reception was also just lovely and helpful. we will come back here whenever we're in Istanbul.

Everything was great when the manager/concierge Elçin looked after us. She did her best to attend our needs and make it a memorable time, starting with welcome drinks, birthday cake, restaurant bookings and all the help we neede. Beadroom was really nice, great quality beddings, pillows, powerfull shower, great amenities, nespresso machine, etc. Breakfast was amazing and there were two different spots to have it every day. Location was great, just by Galata tower. Thanks a lot Elçin for doing your best!

I can say I really enjoyed my stay there. Locations is leas than 50 meters from Galata tower. Place has around 15-20 room, so it‘s quite and the quality of service is amazing. There is 2 restaurants, one is Italian and it super delicious. Room is clean, comfortable with a nice view. Special thanks for Anna for her professional service. She is the best hotel manager I’ve ever met, she made sure that my requests are met. Also, special thanks for lovely Hakan for his excellent service and hospitality, really I appreciate his positive attitude and kindness.

Great property, amazing location and incredible staff. Great shout out to Hakan that made our breakfast special everyday and a huge shout out to Burcu that was working the Night Shift while us being jet lagged and spent a couple of hours telling us all about Istanbul, Turkish culture and as fellow vegetarian have us great tips on where to go and eat, one of the places being a great Michelin star restaurant in Istanbul we went on the last night. Reception staff were all fantastic, assisted us with hammam reservations and suggestions. Highly recommend it!

Breakfast was delightful. We particularly enjoyed the Turkish special which was delivered like a personal banquette for the 4 of us. I will add that special thanks be given to our morning waiter, Hakan, who served us every morning with humor and treated us like family guests. Footsteps from the Galata Tower and surrounded by numerous restaurants and shops, some with outstanding night views of the city. It's Istanbul, so be prepared for walking up steep hills. Hotel restaurant and bar was quite architecturally unique and a great place to meet and have a bite or a glass of wine. Service was always excellent.
