A truly exceptional boutique hotel, perfectly situated in the heart of the Galata Tower district. The location couldn’t be better—everything we wanted to explore was just a short walk away. The property itself was spotless and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches like turn-down service and little treats that made our stay feel special. Breakfast each morning was outstanding, and the hospitality we received was among the best we've ever experienced. The staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. I’d like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Bedirhan, Elsin, and especially Goksu—whose warm and attentive service made each morning feel extra special. He is a truly kind and caring young man. From arrival to departure, we were made to feel genuinely welcome. An unforgettable stay—we’ll definitely be back.

This boutique hotel is a true hidden gem—an absolute must-stay when visiting Istanbul! It ranks above even the most well-known five-star hotels I’ve experienced in all my years of traveling the world. The included Turkish breakfast was outstanding—so flavorful and abundant we wished we had more room just to keep enjoying it! Hakan is a phenomenal host: warm, attentive, and always one step ahead, often offering Turkish tea or coffee at the end of each meal. My mom and I felt incredibly safe and genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The front desk team was exceptionally welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. We were greeted with coffee, a beautifully crafted cocktail waiting in our room, a commemorative book, and handwritten notes from the staff—such a thoughtful, personal welcome. To top it off, we were upgraded from a room to a suite! The location couldn’t be better—just a two-minute walk from Galata Tower, in a safe, vibrant neighborhood. I had reached out in advance for recommendations, and they responded quickly with thoughtful, curated suggestions. As we continue our journey around Turkey, we honestly miss the concierge and front desk team at Ecole St. Pierre. There’s something truly special about coming back to a place where the people remember your name, your preferences, and go out of their way to make you feel at home. It was better than any luxury chain—elegant, warm, and unforgettable.

We received 5-star service during our entire stay. Anna and Gokbek at the front desk were very helpful and attentive to our needs and questions. Hakan at the breakfast service was also attentive and delightful to talk to. The suite we stayed in was so comfortable that it felt like home. The housekeeping of the room was impeccable. The onsite restaurant provided delicious breakfast options. The hotel was perfectly located close to the Galata Tower and many shops and restaurants. On our arrival night, we were welcomed with a cheese and fruit plate and wine in our room. This was such a treat after a long haul flight. Also, on a separate night, they surprised us with a birthday cake and Prosecco in our room. Funny thing is we didn’t mention we were there for my wife’s birthday. That was such a nice touch. :)

Where to start… the hotel is just a gem. The room was perfect - and thank you to the hotel Management for the complimentary upgrade to a suite for our anniversary - a room with a view and a lovely common area where a cake and champagne greeted us on day 1. The service was amazing - Berk and Younis were attentive and helpful as we planned our days and evenings. We felt part of the Ecole family and incredibly safe. The location was great, right next to Galata tower, with easy access to everything, but tucked away on a quiet side street, removed from the crowd. Every morning started with Hakan and a delightful selection of Turkish breakfast items and tea. (And we won’t forget our friend Norm the cat).
